The Shah of Iran talks about the Israel Lobby on 60 Minutes
The now deceased Shah of Iran, who was installed in 1953 after the democratically elected Moussodeq was overthrown by Kermit Roosevelt and the CIA. Interestingly enough, it is reputed that the Shah was himself a Russian Jew, which would not be surprising.
His reign is noted for the brutality of his secret police, the Savak, and for the imperial flourishes that are so TV friendly to this day.
